From the Long Island Express Way Take the Express to exit 66 rt 101 and head north. Continue on Yaphank Middle Island Road north to Longwood road. Turn right onto Longwood road and continue till fork Bear left onto Wading River Hollow Road and church is the first left.
From Route 25 Take route 25 to Wading River Hollow road Take Wading River Hollow road to the end and church is on the right.
